Hearthstone Apartments is a 48-unit modular housing project designed to bring people inside, immediately. Operating on a “Housing First” philosophy, Hearthstone provides homes for individuals facing homelessness, mental health concerns, and substance misuse, without barriers.

Hearthstone embodies the Housing First philosophy by removing barriers to entry and prioritizing immediate access to housing. Once a resident is settled in their suite, our team introduces the wraparound care and community connections necessary to improve their quality of life from the inside out.

Eligibility
Hearthstone Apartments is open to:
Adults (19+) experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
Residents must apply through the BC Housing Supportive Housing Registration (SHR).
