Harvey House is a community-based residential facility for adult men released from federal institutions on conditional release, statutory release, provincial parole, or Long-term Supervision Orders. The facility provides shared accommodation with support services to help residents transition to independent living.

Harvey House provides this essential middle ground for men in Kelowna. By combining shared living with active support services, we help residents meet their conditional release requirements while actively building the skills, savings, and confidence needed to move into their own independent homes.

The Program

Harvey House

Affordable transitional housing set at $375 per month, or funded via the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC).

5 units specifically for men on conditional release and 5 units for men capable of independent living.

Programs and activities that promote healthy living and community reintegration.

Dedicated support from staff to help residents plan and move to the next stage of their housing journey.

All-inclusive utilities (telephone, internet, cable, heat, water, laundry, and electricity).

Monthly food supplements and household necessities including toilet paper, dish detergent, and laundry detergent.

Location: 1033 Harvey Avenue, Kelowna.

Eligibility

Harvey House is open to:

Adult men (18+) released on conditional release, statutory release, provincial parole, or Long-term Supervision Orders.

Adult men (18+) capable of maintaining independent living.

Rent is $375 per month. For men on federal release, rent is often funded through the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC).

The facility is transitional housing. Length of stay depends on individual circumstances and progress toward independent housing.
