Samuel Place provides 50 units of permanent housing operating under a Housing First model. We serve vulnerable individuals facing homelessness, mental health challenges, or substance misuse by creating a holistic environment where health, safety, and belonging come first.

Samuel Place cultivates belonging by embedding supports directly into the living environment. Through peer support, volunteer involvement, and shared meals, we help residents build a network of connection that combats isolation and fosters a lasting sense of home.

Samuel Place is open to:

Individuals facing homelessness, mental health, or substance misuse challenges.

Residents must apply through the BC Housing Supportive Housing Registration (SHR).
