New Gate Apartments offers 49 self-contained studio units for men and women (19+) at risk of homelessness. Our focus here is on housing retention, providing the individualized support necessary to help residents not just find a home, but keep it.

New Gate addresses housing instability through an outreach-based model that prioritizes retention. While residents live independently in self-contained units, our staff actively connect with them to mediate issues and ensure rent and responsibilities are managed, providing the consistent support required to make housing permanent.

New Gate Apartments is open to:

Adults (19+) at risk of homelessness requiring support to maintain housing.

Residents must apply through the BC Housing Supportive Housing Registration (SHR).
