While residents live independently in self-contained units, our staff actively connect with them to mediate issues and ensure rent and responsibilities are managed, providing the consistent support required to make housing permanent.

New Gate Apartments is open to:
Adults (19+) at risk of homelessness requiring support to maintain housing.
Residents must apply through the BC Housing Supportive Housing Registration (SHR).
